THE STORY BEHIND THE SHORTS:
These video shorts were designed and produced to promote Blue Thumb’s presented by Metro Bloom, “Resilient Yards” Workshops. The workshops are being held in and around Minneapolis / St. Paul neighborhoods and suburbs. Each video carries key messages that are crafted to be engaging, shareable and encourage workshop attendance. With mounting concerns about clean water, climate change and the population loss of bees and pollinators, the overall message is that people can be part of the solution to problems that feel overwhelming. When we all do what we can do – together – collectively it makes a huge impact.
The top video clip runs at 57 seconds long and the other two are shorter at 33 and 28 seconds. Each has music to go with the narrative, so have your sound on, if you want to listen, too.
