Before a project begins, I provide a schedule so you’ll know what you will be seeing and when. If I have questions regarding a project, I ask them early on to make sure the design is headed in the right direction. I am quick to address your questions or concerns, either by phone, e-mail or both.
4. I Give You Options
With any project, it’s important to give you a choice. Often there are several different approaches that could meet a project’s objectives. When presenting concepts and layouts, I also provide a detailed rationale for each design to make it easy for you to determine which design direction is the best fit.
5. I Have Resources
Sometimes you need a creative team — a writer, a photographer or a web programmer to successfully complete a project. I’ve cultivated relationships with other creative professionals, so I can bring the right people together and coordinate the project from start to finish. I also have worked with a variety of printers, promotional item suppliers, Internet service providers, etc. that I can match to the needs of your project.
6. I Respect Your Time
I understand that you’re busy running your own show, so I make every effort to be available to answer questions, address concerns, respond to changes in a timely fashion. Your project, whether it’s a direct mail campaign, a logo, or a website, is one more thing on your To Do list.
